Shipping Policy

We want to make ordering from us as simple as possible. If your product is in stock, we'll ship it within 1-3 business days, and delivery times range between 3-10 business days.

Here's what you can expect once you place your order with us:

Order Confirmation:

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming that we've received it and authorized your credit card payment. We'll then check if the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it's not, we'll let you know via email. If it is, we'll process your payment and send your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and your payment is approved, we'll ship your product within 1-3 business days. We'll send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out. We typically use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or Freight to ship to the lower 48 states. Most orders will ship the same day if submitted before 1pm PST, but some exceptions apply, and some orders may not ship until the following day. If you're in Alaska or Hawaii, we'll ship by air at an additional cost. We don't offer Cash on Delivery. Freight shipments require a phone number so that the delivery appointment can be made. If you don't provide a phone number, it can cause a delay in delivery, and additional storage fees may accrue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

If you're an international customer, you're responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. It's your responsibility to know the legality of the products you're ordering in your country. Customs policies vary greatly among countries, and we cannot offer advice about taxes in your country. Please contact your local customs office for information.


Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If any products are damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we'll process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please note that all orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we'll hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we won't charge a fee. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
