We want to make ordering from us as simple as possible. If your product is in stock, we'll ship it within 1-3 business days, and delivery times range between 3-10 business days.

Here's what you can expect once you place your order with us:

Order Confirmation:

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming that we've received it and authorized your credit card payment. We'll then check if the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it's not, we'll let you know via email. If it is, we'll process your payment and send your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and your payment is approved, we'll ship your product within 1-3 business days. We'll send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out. We typically use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or Freight to ship to the lower 48 states. Most orders will ship the same day if submitted before 1pm PST, but some exceptions apply, and some orders may not ship until the following day. If you're in Alaska or Hawaii, we'll ship by air at an additional cost. We don't offer Cash on Delivery. Freight shipments require a phone number so that the delivery appointment can be made. If you don't provide a phone number, it can cause a delay in delivery, and additional storage fees may accrue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

If you're an international customer, you're responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. It's your responsibility to know the legality of the products you're ordering in your country. Customs policies vary greatly among countries, and we cannot offer advice about taxes in your country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If any products are damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Furtherdevelopmentfd@gmail.com and we'll process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please note that all orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we'll hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we won't charge a fee. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at furtherdevelopmentfd@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [I562 Sentinel Rd, North York ON M3J 3R9, Canada] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
